|Recommended: YesLocation and right on the Bus line — Parking is never really hard to find. You can pay extra to have a carport with a guaranteed spot. I can hear my neighbors from time to time but nothing that is too annoying. The grounds are fine. Walking in the grass can be dicey because people don't always pick up after their dogs and some of the grass is very muddy and soaking wet. The construction is fine, nothing incredible but nothing super cheap either. The baseboards like to come off on the edges and the bathtub erodes the finish sometimes but those are the only issues I have come across. The maintenance people are amazing and super friendly. They consistently go above and beyond to help solve problems. The staff are always super nice and welcoming. They always offer my dog treats when she's in the office. They also remember my name and unit which impresses me a lot. Overall, it's a bit expensive but is a great location and right on the 79x bus line which was so helpful during my studies. The staff is awesome and I love how pet-friendly the community is. I would definitely live here again if I ever came back to Eugene.
