|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, well managed, friendly environment — Quiet, not like other apartments I've lived in. I like having the amenities on hand. There is usually a ton of parking except when Halloween lands on a Friday, lol , Maintenance team is professional and quick to respond. Office staff is super friendly and ready to help when you need it. I love the community notices about the doggo of the month and different activities. My neighbors are great. All around a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesSpacious apartments conveniently close to everything — Overall we really enjoyed living here. Our neighbors were mostly quiet, the apartments were spacious and we were always able to find parking. We particularly enjoyed being so close to Alton Baker Park, walking there almost every night that there was good weather. It is also easy to get to any store or restaurant you may need and as a parent that was a nice feature. The pools and gyms were always clean and were nice the few times we used them.

We have had quite a few issues in our apartment and maintenance has come in and gotten them fixed in a timely manner and is always super nice about it. I am going into year 2 currently, living at Chase.
