submitted by Victoria L. - |Recommended: YesLove this property — My only complaint, truly the ONLY thing wrong, is that my parking space is in front of a door and several other people use it for loading unloading. But I'm paying for this spot. The whole point is that I wouldn't have to circle the lot looking for an open guest parking spot. But for that to be the only thing I have to complain about is astounding. And to be fair, it doesn't happen very often. The staff are great, go out of their way to help me. Residents are very nice, considerate neighbors. 10 out of 10.

It is sometimes a matter of luck if you have noisy neighbors but overall, I would highly recommend Chase Courtyard to anyone.
