I was always scared to even play music because it’s soo quiet and I didn’t wanna disrupt the peace The parking and stairs are the only downfall. But for only 1 person or 2 it wouldn’t be bad. I lived here with 2 toddlers and everyone was always really nice. I never heard other kids at all only some dogs lol there’s lots of doggies around here and they are all friendly I got one of the best views in the whole place facing the pool and cabanas. It’s all modern and everything is updated. Nice balcony’s and I love that the community is gated Hard to find around here. The office staff is super helpful, friendly and understanding. It feels like a family around here, the staff are that nice and genuine.

submitted by Madison R. - |Recommended: YesPretty good — So expensive, but for an in unit washer and dryer this is what they can charge. Everything looks nice but is cheaply constructed. My toilet breaks every 3 flushes, they fixed' my sliding bathroom door but it still doesn't sit properly in the frame, so it doesn't close all the way or lock. Noise levels aren't bad, the pool area is nice, kitchen is small but nice. Overall I'd recommend if you're somehow rich enough to afford this place.

It has a great bike trial to campus, also has a bus stop right in front that’s route goes directly to campus. It’s quiet, comfortable, and you can make it feel very homey

Gabbi, Chris, and maintenance guys are very accommodating and responsive. Guest parking is very limited but if you do live here, you can rent a spot. It's pet friendly and staff gives out treats to my cat regularly, it's awesome. The pool in the courtyard is great in the summer too Gym is a bit small but very diverse in machines. Study room is great for students down in the lobby.

There are 3 places to pick up packages, though and you can end up running around trying to find out where your package is. And the internet is fast, and rock solid, but there is no static IP address, which can cause problems with large data transmission. Other than that, I have no real complaints. In fact, I'm extremely happy with virtually everything.
